These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of heritagetallowbalm.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Products, pricing, and availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We try to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount charged. Availability is subject to change without notice; we will refund any order we cannot fulfill.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we charge your payment method and confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (suspected fraud, address verification failure, stock issues, or a pricing error). Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We do not auto-renew or store recurring charges.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Skincare disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic, not medical. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always patch-test new skincare on a small area first. If you have a known allergy to beef tallow, beef proteins, or any listed ingredient, do not use the product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — logos, brand name, product photography, copy, illustrations, and design — is owned by JBL Brands or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
User content
If you post reviews, photos, or comments to the Site or to our social channels and tag us, you grant Heritage Refinery & Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You represent that you own the content or have permission to share it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted at this URL with the effective date below. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
