Shipping policy

Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship

We ship to U.S. street addresses only. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Free shipping

Free U.S. shipping on orders $35 and over. Orders under $35 are charged standard shipping calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed Friday after 2pm EST or over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery time

  • Standard: 3–7 business days from ship date.
  • Expedited: 2–4 business days, available at checkout for an additional fee.

These windows are estimates from the carrier. Holidays and weather can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If 24 hours after the ship email you don't see tracking activity, email support@jblbrands.com with your order number.

Summer transit and temperature

Whipped tallow balm can soften in hot weather. If your jar arrives slightly soft from a warm truck, this is expected — refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm it up. Texture and efficacy are not affected. We will not ship to extreme-heat regions if forecasts make a damaged delivery likely; in that case we'll email you to confirm timing.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or the jar leaked, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong or undeliverable address

If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address and re-ship. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) and then email us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
